Blazer Modular Construction

Modern. Mighty. Built to Last.

Blazer Modular Construction is a family-owned leader in commercial modular building across the Pacific Northwest. For more than 50 years, they’ve delivered reliable, high-quality solutions rooted in strong partnerships and trusted expertise. But their brand and website did not accurately reflect their position as true leaders in their industry.

The Challenge

Blazer’s digital presence focused primarily on showcasing finished projects, but it didn’t fully reflect the scale of the business, the strength of its partnerships, or its position as the Pacific Northwest's largest commercial modular building manufacturer with a 135,000 SF on-site factory. They needed a clearer way to articulate who they are, how they work, and what sets them apart—both to customers and industry partners.

Polished and Visual

We designed a bold, modern brand that reflects the scale, craftsmanship, and materiality behind Blazer’s work. An oversized “B” anchors the identity—used as a flexible, animated mark to showcase the breadth of materials and applications across their product lines. Grounded in the colors of the Pacific Northwest, the palette is confident, fresh, and energetic, translating seamlessly across digital and print touchpoints.

Strategy-led Design

We led a strategic repositioning of the brand across their website—shifting Blazer from a portfolio-driven presentation to a product-line and process-driven experience.

Through audience segmentation and content strategy, we helped Blazer clearly define how they engage with partners and clients, emphasizing their commitment to quality, collaboration, and long-term relationships. The result is a brand narrative centered on trust, expertise, and a proven, thoughtful approach to modular construction.

A Bold New Identity

The work came together across multiple touchpoints—from new brand elements and a strategy-led website experience to physical expressions of the brand through swag and a powerful, authentic photoshoot, in partnership with Aaron Lee Photography. Each piece reinforces Blazer’s values, their process—cementing their leadership as the Pacific Northwest’s largest commercial modular building manufacturer.
